I DID IT!!!
I REALLY DID IT!!
I PASSED MY VERY FIRST MENTOR ASSESMENT!!!

I am very very very happyX10000000 times...! LOL!
so many things cropped up at the last min...
mentor changed for assessing... becomes the SENIOR mentor...
den den... wasn't feeling that stress until 王老师tell me that she is even more strict than the centre manager-Andeline... woah... den laoshi also indirectly tell me assessed by her dun haf much chance de la... u tell me who hear le won't feel even more stress?? lol!

Den the clock strike 11a.m.... she walked in... i was feeling the pressure and stress already...
plus taking ELEVEN children of Nursery 2 is no easy feat... by the way, we were only required to take 5-6 children for assessment but mentor request so no choice....lol...
den den... centre manager says that we dun haf to worry cuz the teachers there will help us... and so so so we thought at least we have 1 teacher ard to help us in class management......
NV DID I THOUGHT THAT...... during assessment... the senior mentor actually asked the teacher to leave the class and let me handle the WHOLE ENTIRE CLASS! woosh.... seriously when i saw at the corner of my eye that mrs koh was leaving... i was rather unexpectedly stable abt it but knew that i will have a super super hard time managing that gp of "wonderful" children... hahahas!!

The lesson carried on for 40 mins... the children wasn't really co-operative and this particular child really gave me a huge headache... and eventually lesson was coming to an end.... pack everything up and children were getting ready to have their lunch... while cleaning up... the senior mentor walked towards me and tell me this...." hazel, i need to talk to u."
upon hearing this.... i knew i MUST have failed her assessment............

BUT NO!! I actually heard something.... yes! positive words! and seeing the grade she gave me was good too... woah in my heart i was like so damn " i cannot believe it lar" And i really couldnt believe it totally that i acutally ask the senior mentor that was i really doing alright.... she actually told me that i was doing really good and was perfect! WOA WOA.... 激动sia... den had quite a long talk with her... the good things i have done, things that i can improve on... and the suggestions... really really thank her man... her suggestions and advice will really helps me a lot in the future lesson plans....

overall, i am really satisfied with myself!! HAZEL YEO IS REALLY REALLY HAPPY AND HIGH! lol
